Training description:

This training will provide an introduction to textProc and how it can help increase efficiency in your agate workflow. textProc is a utility that converts/formats text in the background before ingestion into the publishing content system. Other potential uses of textProc will also be briefly discussed.

The topics this session covers will include:

• An overview of what can be accomplished with textProc
• Examples of textproc formatting
• How textProc integrates with your publishing system
• The components of textProc
• A high level overview of writing, maintaining and implementing formatting rules
• Administering the textProc environment
